01Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account or using PlayDen, you agree to these Terms of Service, our Privacy Policy, and our Rules & Fair Play. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

02Eligibility

You must be at least 16, or the legal age of majority in your region, and able to form a binding contract. You may hold only one account, registered with accurate information.

03Your Account

You are responsible for activity on your account and for keeping your credentials secure. Notify us immediately of any unauthorised use. We may suspend or close accounts that violate these terms or our rules.

04Competitions & Prizes

Tournament formats, entry requirements, and prize pools are shown on each event page. Prizes are awarded to verified winners and credited to your in-app wallet. We may amend or cancel an event for operational or integrity reasons; where an event is cancelled, paid entry fees are refunded.

05DEN Coins

DEN Coins have no cash value outside PlayDen and cannot be sold or transferred. They may be redeemed only for items in the in-app store. We may adjust earning rates and redemption options, and may revoke DEN Coins obtained through fraud or error.

06Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Cheat, exploit, or otherwise breach our Rules & Fair Play.
• Disrupt, reverse-engineer, or attack the service.
• Use bots or automated means to access PlayDen.
• Upload unlawful, infringing, or harmful content.

07Payments & Withdrawals

Payments and withdrawals are processed by third-party providers. You must use a payment method you own. We may apply limits, verification checks, or holds to prevent fraud. You are responsible for any taxes on winnings.

08Intellectual Property

PlayDen, its logo, and all related content are owned by us or our licensors. We grant you a limited, personal, non-transferable licence to use the app. Game titles and trademarks belong to their respective owners.

09Disclaimers

PlayDen is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service, and are not responsible for third-party game servers or networks.

10Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, PlayDen is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.

11Termination

You may close your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you breach these terms, with or without notice depending on severity. Provisions that by nature should survive termination will continue to apply.

12Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria. Disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Lagos, unless local law requires otherwise.
