01Overview
PlayDen tournament prize pools are funded by the organizer at the time a tournament is created and released once final results are confirmed. Den Coin prize winnings are credited directly to your in-app coin wallet to spend in the PlayDen Shop; INR prize pools are funded by the organizer and settled directly between organizer and winner. This policy covers everything between "you won" and "the prize is yours."
02Eligibility
To receive a prize payout you must have followed the Tournament Rulebook for that event, hold a verified account in good standing, and — for team prizes — be a confirmed member of the winning roster at the time the match was played. Prize money for a team result is split according to the team's configured payout split, or divided evenly across the active roster where no split has been configured.
03Verification
Before prizes are released, we verify that the winning result was confirmed by the organizer (or by PlayDen, for platform-run events) and that no active anti-cheat investigation is open against the winning roster. Large or disputed payouts may require additional identity verification consistent with our Verification Policy.
04Payment Methods
Den Coin prize winnings are credited directly to your in-app coin wallet and can be spent in the PlayDen Shop on cosmetics, gift cards, and other items. INR prize pools are declared by PlayDen but funded and distributed by the tournament organizer; PlayDen does not process INR prize transfers. Cash withdrawal to an external bank account is not currently available.
05Taxes
Winnings from tournaments and contests may be subject to tax under applicable law, including tax deducted at source (TDS) on online gaming winnings in India. For Den Coin prizes processed by PlayDen, TDS is deducted and reported before coins are credited, with a statement shown in your wallet's transaction history. For INR prizes settled directly by the organizer, TDS compliance is the organizer's responsibility. You are responsible for reporting your winnings correctly in your own tax filings; PlayDen does not provide personal tax advice.
06Processing Time
Den Coin prizes are typically credited to your wallet within minutes of results being confirmed. Delays can occur where a result is still within its dispute window or requires additional verification. You can track your coin balance and transaction history in the Wallet tab.
07Fraud Prevention
We monitor for patterns consistent with prize fraud, including linked accounts coordinating to claim the same prize and prize claims tied to a result under active dispute or anti-cheat review. A flagged claim is held pending manual review, and confirmed fraud results in forfeiture of the prize and enforcement under our Terms of Service and Anti-Cheat Policy.
08Disputes
If you believe a prize payout was calculated incorrectly, withheld in error, or sent to the wrong roster member, contact us through our contact page with the tournament ID and a description of the issue within 30 days of the result being confirmed. We review payout disputes separately from match-result disputes, which are handled under the Tournament Rulebook.
