- Account data: username, email, phone number, date of birth, and game IDs.
- Competitive data: match results, rankings, DEN Coins, and dispute history.
- Payment data: withdrawal details processed securely through our payment partners — we do not store full card numbers.
- Device & usage data: device type, app version, IP address, and interactions, used to keep the service secure and reliable.
03How We Use Your Data
We use your information to:
- Run competitions, matchmaking, leaderboards, and payouts.
- Verify identity and enforce our Rules & Fair Play.
- Process payments and prevent fraud.
- Send service updates and, where you opt in, marketing.
- Improve and secure the platform.
05Data Retention
We keep your data for as long as your account is active and as needed to provide the service. After account closure we retain limited records where required for legal, tax, or anti-fraud purposes, then delete or anonymise them.
