DEN Coins Policy

01Overview

DEN Coins (DC) are PlayDen's in-app reward currency. They sit in your wallet alongside any real-money prize winnings, but they are a separate balance with their own rules — DEN Coins are not legal tender, are not redeemable for cash withdrawal, and have no cash value outside the PlayDen platform unless this policy explicitly says otherwise.

02Earning Coins

You can earn DEN Coins by:

• Playing verified matches, scrims, and tournaments, with bonus amounts for wins and streaks.
• Completing daily quests and platform milestones.
• Activating PlayDen Pro for the first time, which credits a one-time welcome bonus — see our Membership Policy.
• Participating in giveaways and promotional campaigns PlayDen runs from time to time.

Coin amounts for each activity are shown in-app and may be adjusted as the platform evolves; changes apply going forward and don't retroactively reduce coins you've already earned.

03Spending Coins

DEN Coins can be spent on tournament entry fees, PlayDen store items, and other in-app perks as they become available. Some withdrawal and store features convert DEN Coins to their INR-equivalent value at the fixed rate shown in-app at the time of the transaction; this rate can change, and the rate in effect at the time you spend or redeem coins is the one that applies.

04Restrictions

DEN Coins cannot be transferred directly between accounts, sold or traded for real money outside of PlayDen's own features, or withdrawn as cash except where a specific in-app feature explicitly allows a coins-to-wallet conversion. Attempting to buy, sell, or trade DEN Coins outside the app — including through third-party marketplaces or account-sharing arrangements — is a violation of our Terms of Service.

05Expiration

DEN Coins do not expire while your account remains active. If an account is permanently closed, suspended for a Terms of Service violation, or inactive for an extended period as described in our Privacy Policy, any remaining DEN Coins balance may be forfeited along with the account.

06Fraud Prevention

We monitor for coin-farming patterns that don't reflect genuine play — including scripted quest completion, collusive matches created only to generate coin rewards, and multiple accounts used to multiply promotional bonuses. Coins earned through these methods can be reversed, and repeated abuse is enforced under our Terms of Service and Anti-Cheat Policy.

07Balance Adjustments

We may correct a DEN Coins balance to fix a technical error, reverse a fraudulent credit, or claw back coins awarded due to a since-overturned match result. Where an adjustment reduces your balance for a reason other than your own violation, we'll show the reason for the adjustment in your wallet's transaction history.
