Acceptable Use Policy

01Overview

This Acceptable Use Policy sets the ground rules for using the PlayDen app and getplayden.app itself — separate from how you behave in matches (covered by our Anti-Cheat Policy) or toward other players (covered by our Community Guidelines). It applies to every account, including organization accounts and their staff.

02Prohibited Activities

You may not use PlayDen to:

• Create an account using false identity information, or on behalf of someone else without their consent.
• Operate more accounts than our per-user limits allow to bypass registration caps, fairness limits, or suspensions.
• Facilitate real-money gambling or wagering outside PlayDen's own tournament and prize systems.
• Distribute malware, phishing links, or content designed to compromise another user's device or account.
• Use the platform for any activity that is illegal under the laws applicable to you or to PlayDen.

03Platform Abuse

Abuse of platform features — as opposed to abuse of other players — includes exploiting a payment or refund flow to obtain DEN Coins, Pro membership, or withdrawals you're not entitled to; creating and abandoning teams or organizations solely to manipulate rankings or trust scores; and repeatedly filing false reports against other players or organizations to trigger enforcement against them.

04Security

You may not attempt to access another user's account without authorization, probe or scan PlayDen's infrastructure for vulnerabilities without our prior written permission, bypass rate limits or authentication controls, or reverse-engineer the app to extract non-public data or credentials. If you discover a genuine security vulnerability, please report it responsibly through our contact page rather than exploiting it — we welcome good-faith security research.

05Automation

Automated access to PlayDen's API or app outside of officially documented integrations is not permitted, including scraping leaderboard or profile data at scale, automating registration or match actions, and running bots that interact with chat, posts, or recruitment listings. This is separate from in-game automation tools covered by our Anti-Cheat Policy, which addresses automation used during actual matches.

06Enforcement

Violations of this policy can result in feature restrictions, reversal of any coins, prize money, or benefit obtained through the violation, account suspension, or permanent termination, consistent with our Terms of Service. Where a violation also breaks the law — such as fraud or unauthorized computer access — we may report it to the relevant authorities and cooperate with any resulting investigation.

07Appeals

If you believe enforcement under this policy was applied in error, email trust@getplayden.com with your account details within 30 days of the action. Include any context that supports your case — we review every appeal individually.
